The MobileElite medical alert system is available as a necklace pendant or a bracelet, that lets you contact the company’s nationwide call center at the push of a button in the event of an emergency.

The MobileElite button pinpoints your location through GPS. Trained operators receive your information and location, at which point the operator communicates with you directly through the pendant or wrist device’s 2-way speaker.

After assessing your need, help will be sent in the form of one of your contacts, a family member or neighbor, or emergency personnel. The operator will stay in contact with you until help arrives—wherever you are.

Users are encouraged to wear the MobileElite emergency alert bracelet or pendant at all times, so if you find yourself alone in a crisis situation, you only need to push the button to get connected to help immediately.

Once Connect America is in receipt of your equipment, we will complete your cancellation in full, and process any refunds owed to you. Reimbursements are based on individual rate plans and payment terms as outlined in your customer agreement.

Following confirmation of your cancellation, all customer equipment should be shipped to 816 Parkway Drive, Broomall, PA 19008. Once we are in receipt of your equipment, we will complete your cancellation in full, and process any refunds owed to you. Reimbursements are based on individual rate plans and payment terms as outlined in your customer agreement. It is recommended that all customers obtain a tracking number when shipping equipment back to Connect America to ensure delivery and receipt.

Yes, Connect America has a 30-day money back guarantee. Customers must call to cancel within 30 days, and all equipment must be returned to 816 Parkway Drive, Broomall, PA 19008 within 45 days of placing an order with Connect America to receive a full refund. Equipment received after 45 days will result in a prorated refund.

Shipping times vary based on which option you chose. We have 3 options:
